Getting Started: Requesting a User Account
Note: Individuals can only request an account if their organization is already affiliated with TAD.
If your organization is already affiliated with TAD, please fill out and submit a user account request form:
- Once TAD Support Team receives the form, they will contact your Organization Registration Authority (RA) to verify the request. This is to ensure that the information you provide is valid, and that you receive the appropriate system roles and permissions.
- The TAD Support Team will then setup a user account and send you a confirmation email with your username and password information if you are from a non-NIH organization.
